Welcome to the Performance Dashboard!
This dashboard summarizes System Performance Measure (SPM) data based on our HDX submission. It measures the performance of our community by summarizing the SPMs for Length of Time Homeless, Returns to Homelessness, Number of Persons Homeless, Employment and Income Growth, First Time Homeless, and Permanent Housing Placement. These measures are compared against the previous year’s performance to show how our community is improving and/or where we need to focus more on our efforts to end homelessness.
The Summary Dashboard is updated on an annual basis after SPM submission.
