HMIS Partner Agreement
The CoC FL-507 Homeless Management Information System (“HMIS”) is an information system that maintains information regarding the characteristics and service needs of Clients for a variety of reasons, including the provision of more effective and streamlined services to Clients and the creation of information which communities can use to determine the use and effectiveness of services.
HMIS End User Agreement
HMIS is a locally administered digital data collection system designed to store client-level data and information on the delivery of housing and services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness within a Continuum of Care. Our mission is to support HMIS users by providing services that enhance data quality and enable informed decision-making by members of the FL-507 Continuum of Care (CoC FL-507).
HMIS Agency Liaison Responsibilities
To ensure effective collaboration and data management, we have established a liaison agreement. The agreement outline the roles and responsibilities of Agency Liaisons, who act as key points of contact between their respective agencies and the HMIS administration. Agency Liaisons play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, facilitating communication, and ensuring compliance with HMIS policies and procedures.
